  • Video content that you’ve proofed after the video editor’s work doesn’t have any typos and includes a relevant, scroll-stopping on-screen text hook

  • You've executed at least one media relations campaign from start to finish

In your first year:

  • You're managing client accounts smoothly

  • Client retention is 95%+ because execution quality is excellent

  • The founder has 20+ hours/week free for business development (because you're handling all of the client operations)

  • Professional presence for coordination with high-profile artists and their teams

  • Can give clear direction to creative team members

  • You're comfortable with autonomy in a fast-moving, small-team environment

  • You can manage both up (to the founder) and down (to the creative team)
